– 16:30 Welcome Reception at the Faculty Club and registrations
– 18:00 Committee dinner & meeting (restricted)
Day 2: Monday, September 21, 2026 – All day
– Welcome and registrations
– Technical sessions: presentations and posters
– Coffee breaks and lunch
– 18:30 Drink reception offered by the city of Leuven at the Paul van Ostaijensite
– Participants will be required to make their own dinner arrangements
Day 3: Tuesday, September 22, 2026 – All day
– Full day technical sessions: presentations and posters
– Coffee breaks and lunch
– 18:30 Symposium dinner at the Faculty Club
Day 4: Wednesday, September 23, 2026 – Morning
– Half day technical technical sessions: presentations
– Coffee breaks and (packed) lunch
