Walking tour of the city of Leuven.
Same fee for all registration types. Can be selected during registration as an extra.

The registration fee includes:

– Welcome Reception at the Faculty Club on Sunday, 20 September
– Conference attendance on Monday–Wednesday (21–23 September)
– Lunch and coffee breaks on Monday–Wednesday (21–23 September)
– Drink reception offered by the city of Leuven at the Paul van Ostaijensite on Monday, 21 September
– Conference dinner at the Faculty Club on Tuesday, 22 September

During registration, participants will be asked to indicate whether they plan to attend the social activities (welcome reception, drink reception, and conference dinner).
This information will help us plan catering and logistics more accurately.
