Following E\PCOS 2026 in Leuven, physica status solidi (RRL) – Rapid Research Letters (pss RRL) will publish the 8th Special Collection on Phase-Change and Ovonic Materials.
The Special Collection highlights recent scientific and technological advances in phase-change and ovonic materials, devices, and applications. Researchers are invited to contribute their latest work to the Special Collection.
